TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

Marquee Hospitality Consulting (“Company”) offers consulting services, operational audits, training, and tailored hospitality solutions for restaurants, hotels, and related businesses. Services are provided as described in the engagement agreement or custom proposal.

CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms

  •      Entry-Level Services (such as Audits, Staff Training, or Consulting Sessions) require Payment at the time of Booking.

  •      Larger Consulting Engagements (Essentials, Growth, Revitalization Solutions) are subject to signed Contracts and require Deposits or Installment Payments as specified in the Contract Agreement.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, access to facilities where applicable, and timely communication. Failure to cooperate may delay or limit the effectiveness of services.

 

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share proprietary data, financials, or internal details without written permission.

 

Intellectual Property

All training materials, documents, and frameworks provided remain the intellectual property of Marquee Hospitality Consulting and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

While our strategies are designed to maximize operational efficiency and revenue, Marquee Hospitality Consulting cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations.
