REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of this Business and the Consulting Services we provide, no Refunds are offered once payment has been made, and Contracts are signed. All sales are final. Our work requires significant preparation, expertise, and allocation of resources, and results depend on the client’s implementation and participation.
If a Client pays a Deposit but decides not to move forward with the Service, the Client may cancel the engagement; however, the Deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they secure time and resources in advance.
In the event of a documented Emergency, Marquee Hospitality Consulting may, at its sole discretion, allow payments to be credited toward a future engagement. Such exceptions are rare and must be requested in writing to us at marqueehc@gmail.com. Any credit issued may not be redeemed as a Refund.
This Refund Policy applies to all payments regardless of payment method. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. This Policy is governed by the Laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Marquee Hospitality Consulting is headquartered, while also complying with any mandatory local consumer protection laws where our Clients are based.
